Job Description:
Responsible for managing financial resources to support classroom needs, overseeing the maintenance and advancement of library and technology resources, and conducting research to inform procurement decisions for educational programs. This position also handles student enrollment, attendance tracking, grading, meal supervision, and organizing school field trips.

Specific duties include:
· Establish students’ Chromebooks and manage Google Admin privileges to restrict access to websites, permitting only educational platforms including Lexi, Arcademics, and Schoology.
· Deliver accurate daily attendance using JMC and maintain enrollment students on the student information system.
· Enroll new students and consistently maintain and update the student information system through JMC.
· Arrange student grades, generate transcripts, and ensure timely submission of grades by faculty through follow-up procedure.
· Oversee breakfast and lunch periods by ensuring that staff members adhere to their schedules and arranges terminals for student check-in.
· Organize and coordinate school field trips including reaching out to parents for the completion of parental consent forms.
· Conduct or participate in workshops, committees, and conferences designed to promote the intellectual, social, and physical welfare of students.
· Prepare grant proposals, budgets, and program policies and goals.
· Analyze performance data to determine effectiveness of instructional systems, courses, or instructional materials.
· Develop measurement tools to evaluate the effectiveness of instructional or training interventions.
· Allocate resources and develop a structured yearly budget for individual classrooms.
· Manage approved financial resources to sustain and modernize the school library and technology center.
· Conduct quantitative research on a range of educational programs, such as Clever, Fast Bridge, and JMC to inform data-driven decisions regarding procurement.
· Provide coverage in classrooms when teachers are absent.
Job Requirements:
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Educational Leadership, Educational Administration, Business Administration, Economics or related and a Minnesota teaching license. Must also have one year of experience as a teacher, instructor, or school administrator.
